So now was gonna be the risky part, we play a remixed version of "Whole Lotta Love" in a different key etc and we wanted Dave to play it with us. So I spring it on him in sound check, I could see he was hesitant, rightfully so, I mean the guy has played that song verbatim for god knows how long and now we want him to basically just wing our version. So I ask him to listen to us do it once and then decide....by the second chorus he was on stage wailing....it was off the hook as the kids now say. So I explained the arrangement one more time and we ran it together and he was like yup...let's do it. we were stoked! From this point on the night starts to blur so without further adieu, here are some video clips and pictures of our west coast release party at the viper room. I wish there was better sound but hey, something is better then nothing. Once again we wanted to thank Dave for taking out the time to come play with us, we know it was a lot for him to do and we are truly grateful as it was a career highlight.
Thank you to Ambersonian for these videos!

Then Some Chillin back stage.

Now for NYC! I will keep this one more brief.

NYC was bad ass on so many levels, We live there and have not played in almost 2 years so it was great to be back on stage in front of our hometown fans and friends. Once again everyone came out and it was great to see it all unravel.
We played Crash Mansion in NYC and the club was also so cool with us, I mean they even surprised us on stage in the middle of our set with a bottle of champagne and 4 glasses to toast the album coming out, that was a first!

Some cool ass people were there like John from "Talking Metal" on FUSE who introduced us (that is one SUPER nice guy btw). Kayla from SIRIUS Octane was there (a total bad ass chick), Legendary Tattoo artist Paul Booth, American Latino TV was there (as well as in LA) and so many others that I know I am forgetting. DJ Tim NO 37 was Djing the night and setting an awesome vibe, our new friends "End of an Era" opened the show (another bunch of super nice guys). The show was a blast, that hometown crowd energy just filled the room and that always leaves a lasting impression.

So here are some photos and videos of our east coast release party in NYC at Crash Mansion.
